Role OverviewAs a Westgate Resorts Marketing Greeter, you will be the frontline for the Westgate Resorts Marketing Team, promoting Westgate Resorts throughout Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge by offering discounted theme park and attraction tickets. You will also book room nights, sell attraction tickets, and provide concierge services for visitors and guests on vacation.
What You Will Do
Persuade potential clients to visit Westgate Resorts, engage with guests to facilitate the auditing process, provide 5-Star customer service, and utilize a consultative approach to offer discounted ticket sales and resort room bookings.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Flexible work schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Outgoing and assertive personality
- Excellent face-to-face customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash and tickets accurately and securely
