Whey Utility Operator

The Whey Utility Operator provides vacation coverage for any position within the whey plant and occasionally directs production activities and personnel for the assigned shift. They are responsible for knowledge of L1 - L3 positions in the whey plant, running computer systems, and ensuring product quality. They also maintain product loss sheets, report process loss and inventory records, and assist in communication between operators and management staff.

What You Will Do

The Whey Utility Operator will be responsible for running any computer system needed to operate production or CIP in any given area, maintaining product loss sheets, and reporting process loss and inventory records. They will also assist in communication between operators and management staff, facilitate training of new team members, and ensure safe operating practices.
