Job Description
This in-office Account Manager role supports wholesale/TPO production by managing active loan files from submission through closing, building relationships with brokers and internal partners, and ensuring loans meet regulatory requirements and underwriting guidelines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of wholesale lending experience as an Account Manager
  • Experience supporting Non-QM loans and QM products including FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional
  • Working proficiency in Encompass
  • Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills with a consistent, service-minded approach
