Role OverviewThe Wholesale Demand Planner will own demand forecasting and inventory planning for ColourPop's wholesale channels, translating POS trends, retailer forecasts, and promotional calendars into accurate demand plans.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain monthly demand forecasts for wholesale, analyze retailer POS and inventory data, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations teams.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, and strong Excel skills, with a comfort working with large datasets and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, ideally in beauty, CPG, or a related consumer goods category
- Direct experience forecasting high sku count for mass market accounts and Ulta strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills required
- Experience with ERP or planning systems (e.g., NAV, demand planning software) a plus
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, statistics, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
