Wholesale Funding Associate

The Wholesale Funding Associate will support Hyundai Capital America's floorplan dealer portfolio, process flooring and auction requests, and provide customer support. The role involves daily management of Non Floor Plan accounts, including fleet, commercial mobility products, real estate, and working capital loans. The associate will also provide general administrative support for the Commercial Credit team.

What You Will Do

The Wholesale Funding Associate will perform tasks such as researching and resolving accounting discrepancies, processing ACH rejection requests, and collaborating with the Accounting Department. They will also set up new floorplan accounts, process daily balancing, and perform system testing.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of related work experience in basic accounting reconciliation, knowledge of inventory floor plan financing, and bank or captive lender experience. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to multitask and perform multiple job functions simultaneously.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years' related work experience in basic accounting reconciliation
• Knowledge of inventory floor plan financing a plus
• Bank or captive lender experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
• Proven detail-oriented working with monetary transactions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with dealers and internal departments
• Team oriented, strong interpersonal skills
• Must be able to multitask and perform multiple job functions simultaneously
