Role OverviewThe Wholesale/Retail Accountant – APM reconciles fuel and freight invoices, works with customers and APM staff to maintain an accurate payment process, and ensures the integrity of APM’s general ledger and financial statements.
What You Will Do
Process fuel invoicing and reconciliation daily, draft customer accounts, reconcile freight billing, communicate with customers and APM personnel, and participate in month-end fuel close process.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Knowledge of automated accounting systems and procedures
- Good working knowledge of GAAP
- Strong oral and written communication
- Strong analytical skills including critical thinking and problem-solving
- Ability to perform detailed work with accuracy
- Ability to adapt to nonstandard situations and apply sound judgment when established procedures do not fully address the issue
- Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of time management skills
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the English language to communicate accurately and effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
