Job Description
We are seeking a Wholesale Sales Support Associate to assist in increasing new partner approvals and improving number of loans per mortgage broker, providing education on Reverse Mortgages and working with Underwriting on new borrower scenarios.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years sales/operations experience in the reverse mortgage industry
  • Well organized and experienced with supporting a sales group and individual Senior Account Execs.
  • Able to simultaneously manage multiple time sensitive projects and work in fast paced environment
  • Self-starter, Able to work independently.
  • Ability to problem solve and handle complex customer calls
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Reversevision Software is preferred
