Role OverviewWe are seeking a Wildlife Communications Specialist to act as a liaison between the scientific and resource management communities to ensure that coastal decision makers have access to the latest science that can inform their work and decision-making. The role will involve designing, marketing, and delivering training events, conducting audience needs assessment and market analyses, and creating science translation products.
What You Will Do
The Wildlife Communications Specialist will work with other staff to create science translation products, design and facilitate stakeholder engagement discussions and processes, and conduct audience needs assessment and market analyses. The role requires working some evenings and weekends.

Requirements
- 24 mos. trg. or 24 mos. exp. in wildlife education or fish &/or wildlife management
- 1 course or 3 mos. exp. in public relations
