Job Description
DNV is seeking a Wind Turbine Engineer to join their Renewables and Power Grids team in Seattle, San Diego, Houston, or Medford. This role involves evaluating wind turbine technology, contributing to project financing and construction monitoring, and providing site assessments. The position involves working from a hybrid schedule in an office or on-site location.

Requirements

  • Perform turbine site suitability evaluations with internal tools.
  • Contribute to wind turbine technology assessments and client communication.
  • Review projects’ O&M budgets and provide O&M costs projections.
  • Prepare detailed reports and memos for clients.
  • Complete company documentation (Job Safety, Time sheets, expense reports).
  • Stay current on new wind turbine technology.
  • Perform field and factory inspections.
