Role OverviewThe Tech One Program (TOP) is a structured career development program for entry-level wind technicians. Technicians primarily work at a wind site location near home and operate as part of a service team to ensure safe and efficient wind turbine maintenance.
What You Will Do
Perform basic mechanical installations, maintenance, operations, and upgrades following established procedures. Demonstrate knowledge of tools and use them safely. Dismantle and assemble basic machinery, components, and equipment.

Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Sky Climber does not provide sponsorships)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Successful completion of a climb preview prior to hire
