Role OverviewThe Tech One Program (TOP) is a structured career development program for entry-level wind technicians. Technicians primarily work at a wind site location near home and operate as part of a service team to ensure safe and efficient wind turbine maintenance.
What You Will Do
Perform all preventive, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance on wind turbine generator equipment safely and efficiently. This includes maintaining and repairing machinery or components used primarily in power generation applications such as turbines and generators.

This is a full-time paid employment opportunity with all training provided upon hire, including basic safety training, tower safety training, and technical training.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Successful completion of a climb preview prior to hire
