Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Windchill Administration and Upgrade
• Bachelor's degree
• Solid understanding of Upgrade Process, Server Installation and Configuration
• Define and maintain Windchill System Architecture, data models and Integration Strategy
• Ensure performance, scalability and security of Windchill environments
• Create detailed technical specifications, architecture diagrams and documentation
• Working knowledge in Windchill PLM Domain and experience in Medical device is preferred
• Solid understanding of Windchill data model, workflows, and configurations
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Relevant certifications in PLM are advantageous
• Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment
• Excellence in writing, verbal presentation, and interpersonal communication
• Ability to manage conflicts in the Team
• Guide Team in Upgrade activities
