Role OverviewAs a Window Cleaning Crew Leader, you will lead a team of window cleaners to various customers' homes or businesses, perform services specific to each customer's needs, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work in a leadership capacity, meeting with the team each morning to understand the day's game plan and driving one of our Shine vehicles to various customers' homes or businesses throughout the day.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include driving to customers' homes or businesses, performing services specific to each customer's needs, calling customers to alert them that you're on the way, meeting customers face-to-face to ensure satisfaction, and accepting and processing customers' payments through our mobile payment technology.
