Role Overview

Region Services Corporate Infrastructure (RSCI) is looking for an experienced Windows Client Systems Engineer with a deep knowledge of Windows desktop services, including virtual desktops and infrastructure. The mission is to deliver robust, highly available, and easy to use services to internal customers in support of the Amazon Dedicated Cloud for U.S. Government customers.

What You Will Do

Maintain and enhance existing services, including Windows build / deployment capabilities, fulfilling requests for application packaging / deployment and break / fix scenarios for all technologies the team manages.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or above, or Cloud+ or GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional) or GSEC (GIAC Security Essentials) or SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
  • 4+ years supporting Windows OS to include 4 of the following: Active Directory, DHCP, PowerShell, ECM, GPO, DNS, 802.1x, disaster recovery/business continuity, AI, Automation
  • ECM experience for OS imaging, patching, and software deployment
  • PowerShell or equivalent scripting experience
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
