Windows, Doors, & Siding Project Manager

As a Windows & Doors Project Manager, you will oversee all warranty, repair, and service-related work associated with window and door installations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers after installation, ensuring service requests are addressed promptly, professionally, and in accordance with company standards.

What You Will Do

Coordinate project timelines, materials, and scheduling with installation crews and subcontractors. Track and update project status in company systems, ensuring accurate and timely information. Assist with permit applications, inspections, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and service requests simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to problem solve and make sound decisions independently
• Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (insurable under company policy)
• Ability to travel regularly throughout company service areas
