Job Description
We are seeking a Windows/MAC IT Desktop Support, Incident Technician to join our client's team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional IT support and solving complex technical issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of deskside support experience supporting both MAC and Windows PCs
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues efficiently
  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, patch management, and device asset tracking
  • Solid knowledge of desktop hardware break/fix, software diagnostics, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with support tools such as WebEx, Jabber, and ticketing systems
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and incidents simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist end users
  • Ability to participate in rotating on-call support, including after-hours and weekends
  • Active engagement in ongoing training to stay current with evolving technology
  • Experience supporting remote connections and virtual machine setups
