Job Description
We are seeking a Windows/MAC IT Desktop Support, Incident Technician to join our team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will be the vital link between end users and smooth technology operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of deskside support experience supporting both MAC and Windows PCs, with a strong focus on Mac expertise
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues efficiently
  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, patch management, and device asset tracking
  • Solid knowledge of desktop hardware break/fix, software diagnostics, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with support tools such as WebEx, Jabber, and ticketing systems
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and incidents simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist end users
  • Ability to participate in rotating on-call support, including after-hours and weekends
  • Active engagement in ongoing training to stay current with evolving technology
  • Experience supporting remote connections and virtual machine setups
