Role OverviewGCyber is seeking a Windows System Administrator to support a government customer in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on ownership of our Windows environment while supporting a mixed-OS infrastructure. This is a night shift position with hours from 12:00pm - 8:00pm.
What You Will Do
As the Windows System Administrator, you will serve as the senior lead and primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Windows Server environments, driving technical strategy, architecture decisions, and operational excellence. You will design, architect, implement, and sustain enterprise Windows infrastructure, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to system administrators and engineers.

Requirements
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 8+years of relevant experience
- IAT II Certification (i.e., Security+, CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)
- Strong experience administering Windows Server environments
- Deep understanding of core Windows services and system management
- Working knowledge of Linux systems
