Job Description
The Windward Summer Teen Leader position is a part-time opportunity that involves supervising program participants, planning and implementing program activities, and creating a safe and inclusive environment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility
  • Lead summer activities, including physical recreation, community-building, college, and career exploration, and academic enrichment
  • Support Site Coordinators and Youth Directors in daily operations and supervision of youth participants
  • Attend and participate in summer staff meetings and trainings
  • Help ensure all program spaces, equipment, and materials are clean, organized, and in good working condition
  • Perform other related duties as needed
