Role OverviewAs a Wine & Spirits Clerk at Festival Foods, you will be part of a team that helps guests find the perfect pairing for any occasion. You'll work closely with your team leaders to keep the department running smoothly, while providing friendly, knowledgeable service that makes shopping enjoyable and easy.
What You Will Do
Be a Product Guide: Help guests find what they're looking for, offer recommendations, and take special orders. Deliver Great Service: Answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure every guest leaves feeling supported.

Must be at least 21 years of age in order to sample products sold in the wine and spirits department. Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers. Good oral and written communication skills.
