Job Description

The Program Manager and Trainer will support the EAP and Training Institute to address the evolving employee development and wellness needs of customer organizations and the community. The Program Manager will create and facilitate training to meet the needs of customer organizations and actively manage the accounts of EAP companies.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Public Health or related field
Five years' relevant work experience including public speaking, training, and supervision
Demonstrated skill in facilitating training and presenting in front of all types of audiences
Demonstrated knowledge of EAP including workplace trends and the ability to make the business case for EAP and training services
Cultural Competency, Interpersonal Communication, Professional & Ethical Conduct, Collaboration & Teamwork, Problem-Solving & Decision-Making
