Job Description
Rimland Services is hosting a job fair for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in community-based group homes and community day services programs. The company provides a safe environment for adults with Autism, and the DSPs will provide hands-on support to individuals with daily activities and long-term goals.

Requirements

  • Pass a fingerprint criminal background check
  • Pass a child abuse and neglect check
  • Pass a drug screen
  • Provide proof of high school completion or high school equivalency
  • Provide residency for the past 2 years
  • Provide current and original documents verifying identity and ability to work in the US
  • Provide two verifiable employment references within the last 10 years
