Job Description
The Wire Machinist is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating Wire EDM machines to manufacture precision components used in medical devices.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
3-5 years of experience operating and programming Wire EDM machines
Strong understanding of EDM machining principles and cutting parameters
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
Experience with CAM software and machine programming for EDM operations
Proficiency using precision measurement tools and inspection equipment
