Job Description
The Wire Analyst works closely with other internal business units, external clients, and with Information Technology Business Systems Managers to ensure a highly available and highly responsive systems environment.

Requirements

  • Identifies potential weaknesses in systems, operating procedures, and financial measurements; reports issues to management; makes recommendations for issue resolution and assists in implementation to ensure successful completion.
  • Develops, analyzes, monitors, and reports on department key performance indicators to management; makes recommendations for systems and or process changes as needed.
  • Completes, passes, and maintains an up-to-date status for all positional and company-required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s).
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
