Role OverviewAs a Wireless Retail Associate Manager, you will work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. You will live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom's Core Values, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. You will immerse yourself in meaningful connections with our customers by building new and deepening existing relationships.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include learning and building proficiency in customer service, providing a best-in-class customer experience, and building loyalty by helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, exploring individual needs, and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.

Requirements
