Role OverviewAs a Wireless Retail Associate Manager, you will work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. You will immerse yourself in meaningful connections with our customers by building new and deepening existing relationships. You will continuously work to build expertise in uncovering our customers' needs and have a passion to educate, demonstrate and recommend device and service solutions.
What You Will Do
You will help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, explore individual needs, and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. You will also assist the Retail Store Manager in daily operations and coaching, and become proficient in the use of digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding.

Requirements
