Wireless Retail Sales Associate responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and promoting wireless products and services. The role involves learning and mastering customer service skills, working in a fast-paced environment, and building expertise in uncovering customer needs and recommending device and service solutions.

Requirements

  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
  • Retail environment preferred
  • High school degree or GED
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability
