Role OverviewAs a Wireless Retail Sales Associate, you will work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. You will immerse yourself in meaningful connections with our customers by building new and deepening existing relationships.
What You Will Do
You will help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, explore individual needs, and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. You will also guide customers through their purchasing experience, approach service and sales needs with patience and honesty, and become proficient in digital tools designed to enhance interactions.

You will be effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals, and have 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- High school degree or GED
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability
