We’re a national Wireless Preferred Retailer for the #1 Mobile provider in the country, with 200+ retail stores across the U.S. As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate, you will work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life, providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty by exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.

Requirements

  • Learn and build proficiency in customer service
  • Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
  • Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan
  • Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy
  • Complete training on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
  • Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels
