Job Description
As a Wireless Retail Sales Associate, you will learn and build proficiency in customer service, providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty. You will help customers pick up where they left off, explore individual needs, and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. You will also become proficient in using digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding.

Requirements

  • A strong desire to learn and master the skills required of our customer advocates
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
  • Reliable transportation
