You will create a welcoming store environment, build meaningful connections with guests and team members, and confidently sell devices, plans, and services. You will also manage guest appointments and proactively review customer accounts to recommend the best plans and offers.

Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Experience operating a POS system
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Flexible availability
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items
