Wireless Sales Rep

JOIN one of the fastest-growing telecommunications companies in the country! We are currently hiring Retail Sales Representatives who are energetic, driven, and eager to succeed. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to telecommunications products and services.

What You Will Do

Must be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively. Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.

Requirements

• Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
• Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.
• Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work in person at the assigned retail store location.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience selling products, services, upgrades, or add-ons preferred;
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
