Wireless Sales Representative - AT&T Authorized Retailer

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will serve as a brand ambassador to our customers nationwide, demonstrating AT&T's products and services and offering personalized solutions to fit their lifestyle. You will work in a fast-paced retail sales industry and strive for excellence in customer service and sales.

What You Will Do

You will provide extraordinary customer service, build value by offering tailored solutions, and represent the company and AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy. You will also assist with store operations and duties, cooperate with fellow RSCs, and achieve sales benchmarks and milestones.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will be eligible for a minimum base of $31,200 + commission, with the potential to earn an average of $45,000 or more in the first year. You will also have access to benefits such as medical/dental/vision, paid time off, 401k, and education benefits.

Requirements

• Clear communication skills
• Attitude and technical aptitude
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity
• Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong Social Media presence preferred
• Must have reliable transportation to location, off-site trainings, and meetings
• Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed
• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax
• Adhere to Team Color policy while maintaining neat and professional appearance
• Must be willing & able to complete the sales flow accurately within AT&T system(s)
• Must be able to responsibly handle cash transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Must successfully complete all assigned AT&T & Prime trainings, in a timely manner
