What You Will Do
You will get to know customers, discover their needs, and provide individualized service to equip them with wireless products and services. Duties include facilitating retail sales of phones, tablets, and watches, creating additional sales opportunities through marketing and community events, contacting current customers for upsells, maintaining product knowledge, and handling daily store operations like opening/closing and inventory control.
