What You Will Do
You will facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other devices along with wireless services. You will get to know customers, discover their needs, and provide outstanding customer service. Duties include creating additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns, contacting current customers via phone, handling daily store operations, and developing action plans for sales goals.
