Wireless Specialist - Grimes, IA

Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer with over 750 locations across 43 states, is seeking a Wireless Specialist for its Grimes, IA location. This in-person retail sales role focuses on providing individualized customer service and selling wireless products and services. The position offers a base rate plus uncapped commission potential.

What You Will Do

You will facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other devices along with wireless services while demonstrating outstanding customer service. You will create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and community involvement events, contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities, and handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and various office/administrative duties.
