Role OverviewAs a Wireless Specialist, you will provide individualized customer service to equip customers with the wireless products and services they need. You will practice Russell Cellular's core values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative, and Service. You will work with your team, customers, and members of the communities in which we do business.
What You Will Do
You will facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other devices along with wireless services to the general public while demonstrating outstanding customer service. You will create additional sales opportunities through creative marketing campaigns and contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.

- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills

- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as need be
- Ability to lift 50lbs
