Role OverviewAs a Wireless Specialist, you will provide individualized customer service to equip customers with the wireless products and services they need. You will facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other devices, create additional sales opportunities, contact current customers, and develop continuous knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services.
