Role OverviewAs a Wireless Specialist, you will provide individualized customer service to equip customers with the wireless products and services they need. You will practice Russell Cellular's core values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative, and Service. You will work with a team to serve customers and members of the communities in which we do business.
What You Will Do
Your duties will include facilitating retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other devices, creating additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns, and developing continuous knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services.

- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills
