Role OverviewAs a Wireless Specialist, you will provide individualized customer service to equip customers with the wireless products and services they need. You will practice Russell Cellular's core values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative, and Service. You will work in a retail environment, facilitating sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other devices along with wireless services.
What You Will Do
Your duties will include facilitating retail sales, creating additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns, contacting current customers for additional sales opportunities, and developing continuous knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services.
