Role OverviewAs a Wireless Specialist, you will provide individualized customer service to equip customers with wireless products and services. You will practice Russell Cellular's core values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative, and Service. You will work with your team, customers, and members of the communities to live out our brand foundation of Care for Every Person.
What You Will Do
You will facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other devices along with wireless services, create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns, contact current customers for additional sales opportunities, and develop continuous knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services.

- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills
