Role OverviewAs a Wireless Specialist, you will provide individualized customer service to equip customers with the wireless products and services they need. You will work in a retail environment, facilitating sales and creating additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community involvement events.

Your duties will include facilitating retail sales, creating additional sales opportunities, contacting current customers for additional sales opportunities, and developing continuous knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products and services.
