Role OverviewAs a Wireless Specialist, you will provide individualized customer service to equip customers with the wireless products and services they need. You will practice Russell Cellular's core values of Integrity, Expertise, Initiative, and Service. You will live out our brand foundation of Care for Every Person with your team, customers, and members of the communities in which we do business.
What You Will Do
Your duties and responsibilities will include facilitating retail sales, creating additional sales opportunities, contacting current customers, developing continuous knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products, handling daily store operations, and developing action plans for daily/month sales goals.

- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as need be
