You will work in a retail store environment, providing individualized customer service and selling wireless products and services. What You Will Do
You will facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and other devices along with wireless services. You will contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities, develop knowledge of wireless products, and handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management.
