Wireless Specialist

Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Wireless Specialist for its Texarkana, AR location. This in-person role involves retail sales of wireless products and services to the general public. The position offers uncapped commission potential and opportunities for growth within a company with over 700 locations across 43 states.

What You Will Do

You will get to know customers, discover their needs, and provide individualized service to equip them with wireless products and services. Responsibilities include facilitating retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches, and devices, creating sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events, contacting customers via phone for additional sales, and handling daily store operations like opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management.
