Role OverviewThe Wireless Telecom Administrator I will maintain cellular telephones and wireless devices companywide, perform billing/plan analysis, and work with vendors to optimize company-wide usage. This role is part of a Fortune 500 company, D.R. Horton, Inc., a leading homebuilder in the U.S. The successful candidate will be able to meet department Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) for issue response times and work in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
What You Will Do
The Wireless Telecom Administrator I will process companywide requests for cellular phones and wireless cards, troubleshoot cellular telephone and wireless card problems, and monitor use of company-issued cell phones or other devices. The role also involves training users in cellular phone operations, processing returns for reissuance or salvage, and meeting department SLA’s for issue response times.
