Job Description
The WMS Process Analyst is part of a core team that is charged with implementing a warehouse management system across GM's CCA warehousing sites. The team works multi-functionally across numerous work streams to capture requirements and design processes that will improve efficiency and support ambitious business targets. The analyst coordinates problem and incident management as the application reaches the implementation phase. Post implementation, the analyst owns the identification and implementation of bold efficiency and cost reduction targets.

Requirements

  • Collaborative project experience and supporting technical leadership for Warehouse Management Systems
  • In-depth business knowledge of GMS lean principles
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, and creativity
  • Responsive and understanding of business issues and data challenges in Aftersales and IT Systems
  • Warehousing and distribution process knowledge
  • Good eye for business, and the ability to translate information to business documentation while optimally presenting it to customers, partners, and the executive team
  • Work multi-functionally to implement system improvements, support testing and production support
