Role OverviewAs a WMS Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for providing on-site level 1 support, configuring the WMS system to meet business processes, and serving as the single point of contact between customer, operations, and Contract Logistics IT. You will also be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving WMS issues, and escalating to IT Support when necessary. Additionally, you will assist in training new hires on WMS, participate in cross-functional improvement projects, and document system change requests.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include configuring the WMS system, providing level 1 support, analyzing and troubleshooting issues, and escalating to IT Support when necessary. You will also be responsible for documenting details of WMS issues, including steps to recreate the issue when escalation is required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Warehouse Management System experience
- Knowledge of MS Office systems
- Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices
Benefits
- Base pay range of $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 Annual
