Job Description
Hope Haven is an accredited resource for disability services and advocacy, offering service programs and support to meet a broad range of needs. The Wood Shop Supervisor assists clients with work tasks, supervises production, and ensures a clean and safe working area.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Capacity to coordinate quality production according to established schedule
  • Knowledge and ability to practice safety rules and regulations
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and production equipment, setup, and maintenance
  • Ability to supervise, teach, train, and motivate persons with disabilities
  • Reliable personal vehicle and proof of state minimum insurance coverage
  • Ability to pass physical
  • Clearance from all applicable background checks
  • Valid Class C driver's license
