Work Comp/GL adjuster - Houston

Requirements

• Investigate and evaluate retail general liability claims promptly and thoroughly
• Communicate with insured parties, claimants, witnesses, and other relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information
• Determine coverage and liability for each claim based on policy terms and applicable laws
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and/or their representatives
• Collaborate with internal teams, including legal counsel and claims management, to resolve complex claims efficiently
• Maintain accurate claim records and documentation in accordance with company policies and industry regulations
• Provide regular updates to clients and management on claim status and resolution progress
• Stay informed about industry trends, legal developments, and best practices related to retail general liability claims management
